Bank Accounts Summary

See the running balance of each bank account. A Manage Account menu is available directly on the dashboard with every account so you can directly access tasks and options for managing the account. Learn more about banking

Accounts Watchlist

Monitor transactions for accounts you need to focus on, such as petrol or mobile phone expenses. Easily drill down to view the transactions making up the totals.

Money Coming In

An interactive graph shows how much money you are owed, for how long, and ensures your debtors dont get out of control.

Money Going Out

An interactive graph shows the money you owe, and when you need to pay it.

Expense Claims

Quickly access overview information for Expense Claim transactions, recorded by you or your employees. See the value of all outstanding Expense Claims.

My Xero

Go to My Xero from any screen to view the full list of organisations you have access to in Xero. From here, you can add or remove organisations and manage their billing plans.

Getting Started

The Getting Started panel is displayed by default when you first start out with Xero. It contains some useful links to get you started.

Tips and Help

On the Dashboard and throughout Xero you will see orange Tips next to graphs and links that show you quick introductions and summaries. The Help menu gives you access to full online help for any screen you are on.
